Sporty Highlander
The new 2021 Highlander XSE that your Toyota dealer in Longueuil, on the South Shore of Montreal, will be presenting is starting its career with a muscular style. With its low profile, width and the athletic silhouette of its body, combined with its 20-inch wheels and its exclusive grille, it exudes an adventurer’s charisma.
XSE Interior
With 3 rows of seats, the Highlander XSE accommodates 7 occupants in sporty comfort. The heated driver's seat has 8 power-adjustable settings. The XSE features 2nd-row captain's chairs and easy access to the 3rd-row seats through the large rear doors. All seats, as well as the steering wheel and shift knob, are covered with Softex.
Infotainment
The steering wheel-mounted controls and 8-inch touch screen let you manage Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Siri Eyes Free, and Audio Plus with Remote Connect (1-year trial), Safety Connect (1-year trial) and Service Connect (10-year trial). The Highlander XSE also comes with Bluetooth connectivity, Qi wireless charging and 4 USB ports.
Motorization
The 2021 Highlander that you'll discover at Longueuil Toyota, near Brossard and Boucherville, is powered by a 3.5L direct-injection V6 engine with Dual Variable Valve Timing with Intelligence, an 8-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive with Dynamic Torque Modulation. The Highlander XSE adds a sport-tuned suspension and dual exhaust tips.
Even more safety with TSS 2.5+
The Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 suite is standard on every 2021 Highlander. This suite improves speed management when cornering. The emergency steering assist function stabilizes the SUV during certain emergency maneuvers. TSS 2.5+ includes:

- Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control with Curve Speed Management,
- Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection & Bicycle Detection,
