For the time being, we know that the Toyota 4Runner will be offered in 7 trim levels, with prices that will be revealed at a later date, meaning closer to its arrival date in the fall of 2024. Here are the different models offered by Toyota Canada:

Just as a reminder, the 2024 4Runner sold at base prices ranging from $ 56,341 to $ 71,591, and came with 5 different packages (Standard, TRD Sport, TRD Off-Road, 7- seat Limited and TRD Pro).

2025 Toyota 4Runner: Interior and Exterior Design

Still boasting a rugged silhouette, the 2025 4Runner also offers a more dynamic design than ever before. Completely made-over, it rests on the Toyota TNGA-F global truck platform, also used on emblematic models such as the Tacoma, the 2024 Land Cruiser, the Tundra and the Sequioa. This means that you will enjoy remarkable road handling on top of even greater levels of comfort.

Let’s also mention the large wheels and, depending on the selected model, the 20- inch LED light strip, the unique radiator grille and higher ground clearance, among other things.

As for the interior, it offers features like heated front seats, climate control over 2 zones, push-button start and so much more.

Performance and Powertrains

When it comes to the TRD Pro, Trailhunter and Platinum trims, they are equipped with a 2.4 L 4- cylinder turbo engine coupled with an electric motor, for a net 326 horsepower/465 lb-ft. maximum torque, which is the highest level of performance ever to be offered on this SUV. Take note that the TRD off-road trim can also be equipped with this powertrain, as an option.

Towing Capacity and Cargo Space

The towing capacity for the 2025 4Runner has increased, this year, bringing it from 5,000 to 6,000 pounds on all trim levels. When it comes to cargo space, we do not have the data at this time, but it should b generous, as is the case for the current model-year (255-2,540 liters).
